Target groups
The funding programs of the Arnsberg District Government in the areas of municipal supervision, planning, and transportation are aimed at municipalities, districts, special-purpose associations, as well as public and private transport companies in North Rhine-Westphalia. Funding is provided to task carriers according to § 3 ÖPNVG NRW (e.g., cities and districts), special-purpose associations in rail passenger transport, as well as project sponsors in other state interests, to support measures for improving the quality, capacity, and attractiveness of local public passenger transport.
