Mission & Vision
The Arnsberg District Government is committed to strengthening the employability and participation opportunities of all population groups in the Arnsberg administrative district. Our goal is to enable innovative, inclusive, and sustainable projects through an unbureaucratic and legally compliant management of ESF funding. We promote equal opportunities, social integration, and lifelong learning to contribute to a solidaristic and efficient labor market in North Rhine-Westphalia.
Target groups
Our funding programs are aimed at municipalities, districts, and public institutions, companies, associations and clubs, natural and legal persons as well as partnerships, educational providers, schools and further education institutions, as well as individuals from disadvantaged groups, unemployed persons or those at risk of unemployment, and those re-entering the labor market. Through the differentiated ESF instruments, we support both large infrastructure and coordination projects as well as professional qualifications and individual measures to promote employment.
