Landeswohlfahrtsverband Hessen

The Landeswohlfahrtsverband Hessen – Integration Office is a public-law institution of the Landeswohlfahrtsverband Hessen. Its task is to secure and promote the employment of disabled and equally recognized persons in Hesse. The Integration Office provides financial benefits, advises on technical and organizational workplace adjustments, and supports affected individuals as well as employers and inclusive enterprises with comprehensive funding and advisory services. Key services include work assistance, job coaching, barrier-free workplace design, prevention and company integration management (BEM) measures, as well as support for training, professional development, business start-ups, and job retention.

Our mission is the equal participation of severely disabled people in working life. We are committed to removing barriers, creating fair employment opportunities, and embedding inclusion in everyday work. Through collaborative partnerships with those affected, employers, and other stakeholders, we develop binding structures and reliable frameworks that enable sustainable integration.

The services of the Integration Office are aimed at severely disabled and equally recognized employees as well as self-employed individuals in Hesse. In addition, employers, inclusion companies, works councils, personnel councils, and representatives for severely disabled persons are supported to jointly implement measures for workplace integration and to strengthen the professional participation of disabled people.
