Stiftung Musiktheater im Revier

The Stiftung Musiktheater im Revier was founded in 2008 to enrich the cultural landscape in Gelsenkirchen. The foundation supports science, research, art, culture, and sports. A special focus is placed on promoting children and young people to spark their interest in music and theater. The foundation aims to support cultural diversity and enable children from all social backgrounds to access cultural experiences. Since its inception, the foundation has reached over 18,000 children, parents, and educators and has initiated numerous projects that provide children with the opportunity to actively participate in music and theater projects.
