Description
The state of Vorarlberg, in close cooperation with AMS Vorarlberg, supports qualification and employment projects in the fields of work, education & training, and social affairs. As a grant with a funding rate of 100%, the program is equally aimed at public institutions, non-profit organizations, educational institutions, and companies within the state. The initiative continuously accepts applications from January 1, 2024, and offers flexible funding opportunities without a fixed deadline. Through tailored offerings, the program aims to increase employment opportunities, secure jobs, and promote sustainable integration into the regional labor market. Special emphasis is placed on young people under 25 years of age, low-qualified individuals, and labor market disadvantaged groups to prevent long-term unemployment and specifically reduce qualification deficits.
Funding applications require a detailed concept as well as a cost calculation and are evaluated by AMS Vorarlberg or the state administration. For funding amounts of 25,000 euros or more, the state government decides on the grant; below this threshold, approval is given by a government member. After approval, reporting obligations and transparent cost accounting must be observed, with audits conducted by AMS Vorarlberg or the state administration. The 100% funding rate fully covers recognized project costs and provides planning security for initiators. This program represents a reliable financial foundation to sustainably implement innovative projects for the prevention of long-term unemployment, upskilling, and support of young people in vocational training. Furthermore, the funding makes an important contribution to strengthening the regional economy and social participation.
