Description

Under the Talent Promotion for Apprentices in Tyrol, dedicated trainees are specifically supported to enhance their professional qualifications and create a sustainable incentive for performance. This award in the fields of work, vocational training & further education, as well as education and social affairs, is aimed at all apprentices from the first year of training onwards, as well as exceptional students at vocational schools with a permanent residence or place of employment in Tyrol. The funding amount consists of a base premium of €100 and additional premiums: €50 to €100 for a positive performance assessment by the training company, €70 for a vocational final exam passed with distinction, and a further €70 for the Gold Performance Badge in the apprentice competition. With a funding rate of 100%, all recognized claims are fully financed. Through this targeted subsidy, the Tyrolean state government contributes to raising the training level, strengthening the reputation of apprenticeships, and reducing unemployment.

The funding application must be submitted electronically and must be received no later than one month after the end of the training year or the vocational school year. Required documents include a copy of the apprenticeship contract, the current vocational school report card, and, if applicable, proof of the Gold Performance Badge and the distinction in the final apprenticeship examination. Payment is made at the end of the respective funded training cycle. The guideline is valid from 01.01.2015 to 31.12.2029 and enables private applicants to benefit from a straightforward funding process. In this way, the program makes a significant contribution to securing the workforce and developing skilled professionals in Tyrol.
