In the districts of Westerwald, Rhein-Lahn, and Neuwied, individual grants are available to sustainably secure quality of life and reduce barriers. With the funding application, applicants have the opportunity to bridge necessary financial gaps and thereby actively engage in self-help. The range of support extends from rental deposits and the purchase of furniture to the financing of leisure activities and essential therapeutic aids such as visual aids or dental prostheses. In doing so, the Geisberg Foundation contributes to community-based psychiatry and the social stabilization of those affected.

Funding can be applied for at any time: a fillable PDF form serves as the basis of the application, supplemented by proof of the mental illness as well as proof of financial need. A cost estimate should be attached if necessary. After complete submission, the Foundation reviews the application and decides on an appropriate financial grant.
