Description
The funding program supports small and medium-sized enterprises as well as midcaps in Salzburg in creating future-oriented, health-promoting, and inclusive work environments. The focus is on projects related to digitalization, education and training, operational consulting, health promotion, and integration of diverse employee groups. Additionally, measures to reconcile family and work life are supported. To successfully implement innovative future topics such as "Work Environment 4.0," projects can be submitted individually or as consortia of companies. Applicants benefit from tailored funding that drives organizational and cultural change within the company and strengthens competitiveness.
Up to 40% of eligible project costs are funded, with a maximum of €25,000 (net), for a duration of up to 18 months. Eligible expenses include, among others, consulting services, course fees, procurement of equipment, internal project management, and personnel costs. Selection is based on the contribution to program objectives, economic and social impact, and level of innovation. A location in the federal state of Salzburg and submission of the application before project commencement are prerequisites. Required documents include a cost and financing plan, a detailed project description, evidence of applications or commitments from other funding bodies, and the current annual financial statement. The call for proposals is valid until December 31, 2025, or until the annual budget is exhausted.
