Support for the Regional Foundation Youth & Sports of the East Saxon Savings Bank Dresden

The Regional Youth & Sports Foundation of the Ostsächsische Sparkasse Dresden continuously supports clubs, associations, and non-profit organizations throughout Saxony that are dedicated to youth work in sports. The focus is particularly on initiatives active within the business area of the Ostsächsische Sparkasse Dresden that can demonstrate their activities in the children and youth sector through verifiable concepts. With an endowment of 1.5 million euros, the foundation supports the acquisition of sports equipment, creates better training conditions, and finances the employment of coaches as well as expense allowances for athletes. In doing so, it makes an important contribution to youth development and to the sustainable strengthening of voluntary structures in local sports projects.

Applications can be submitted at any time – grants are awarded on a project basis in the form of financial contributions without fixed deadlines. Eligible expenses include equipment, facility improvements, and personnel resources in the sports sector. Interested clubs and initiatives can meet the requirements by providing written confirmation of their youth work and proof of regional activity. The foundation aims to strengthen children and youth projects, promote equal opportunities in sports, and support committed local coaches.
