Support for the Tegernsee Citizens' Foundation

The Tegernsee Citizens' Foundation is committed in Bavaria to supporting charitable initiatives in the Tegernsee Valley and continuously funds projects in diverse areas such as social affairs, education/schools, culture, inclusion/sports, emergency services, health, regional development, as well as vocational training and further education. Equipped with a grant program, the foundation enables, among other things, the realization of school projects, the construction of a hospice, neighborhood assistance, or the provision of equipment for the water rescue service. Sports equipment for people with disabilities and cultural events also benefit from this reliable funding. Through the continuous allocation of funds, space is created for innovative ideas and community projects that sustainably enrich local life and strengthen social cohesion.

Eligible for funding are exclusively non-profit organizations and educational institutions based in the Tegernsee Valley, including clubs, associations, and support groups. A prerequisite for a grant is proof of non-profit status as well as the local location. Applications can be submitted at any time, allowing even short-term project ideas to be implemented easily. Interested initiatives receive individual advice and support in the application process. The straightforward application procedure quickly clarifies the extent to which the project fits into the funding areas. The call for proposals encourages regional stakeholders to contribute their visions and jointly support the sustainable development of the region together with the foundation.
