Description
The State of Tyrol supports congresses, symposia, and action days with a clear connection to healthcare through a grant of up to 10% of the total costs, with a maximum of €3,500. Funding is provided for both material expenses such as technical equipment, room and material costs, as well as speaker fees for experts and presenters. The support is aimed at public institutions, non-profit organizations, companies, interest groups, and other associations that organize professional events in the fields of health, labor, and social affairs in Tyrol. Applications can be submitted continuously; processing is done via a standardized application form.
Various criteria must be met for successful funding: the direct relevance to healthcare and the topicality of the subject are as much in focus as the existing supply and demand. Additionally, emphasis is placed on a national or international orientation as well as a target group-oriented concept. Evaluation is conducted based on these guidelines, whereby proof of the earmarked use of funds through submission of original receipts ensures that the funding is used appropriately. This support enables the creation of sustainable, interdisciplinary exchange formats that strengthen knowledge transfer in the healthcare sector and contribute to the further development of innovative concepts in Tyrol.
