Applications can be submitted at any time and are granted as subsidies. The prerequisite is the submission of a fully completed funding application form, a detailed project description, and a comprehensive cost estimate. For personnel costs, a standardized job description must be attached. A clear financing plan and, if applicable, evidence of additional funding or own resources are recommended. The responsible authorities continuously review all submitted documents to enable a prompt decision. Extracurricular providers receive through this funding the opportunity to expand their training portfolio and establish long-term cooperations with universities and school sponsors.
