Eligible to apply

  • Companies

Funding requirements

  • Respective partnership agreement

Description

The funding supports companies based in Vienna through non-repayable grants from the budget of Subgroup 41 (Mobility) to stabilize and strengthen their capital structure. The goal is to maintain shareholder participation in mobility-related companies and thereby secure investment and innovation capacity in regional infrastructure and urban development. The funds are continuously available, and applications can be submitted at any time, provided a valid shareholder agreement with UG 41 (Mobility) exists. This continuous funding aims to create a reliable financing framework that supports the long-term strategy of the stakeholders and takes into account the transport policy and ecological objectives of the federal capital.

A key prerequisite is the respective shareholder agreement, whose validity is required for a positive funding decision. The grant is provided as an individually assessed subsidy, without a budget ceiling, and is awarded through a separate approval process. By payment from the mobility budget, companies can expand their equity base and thus implement projects in the field of transport infrastructure more efficiently. The measure not only promotes economic resilience but also contributes to the further development of modern mobility structures in Vienna. Experts from Section II (Mobility) and Section IV (Transport) in the Federal Ministry for Innovation, Mobility and Infrastructure are available for technical inquiries.
