Funding objective

Description

The Inclusion Promotion and Inclusion Promotion Plus offer employers in Vienna an attractive opportunity to secure the sustainable employment of people with disabilities and to reduce barriers in the labor market. As direct subsidies, both variants cover up to ten percentage points of the gross wage costs: Inclusion Promotion reimburses 30% of the monthly gross salary (excluding special payments) up to a maximum of €1,000 per month, while Inclusion Promotion Plus reimburses 37.5% up to a maximum of €1,250. A prerequisite for funding is a determination notice confirming a degree of disability of at least 50% as well as proof of an uninterrupted employment relationship of at least seven months immediately following receipt of AMS integration assistance. Applications can be submitted by companies of any size at any time to the Social Ministry Service.

Funded are gross wage costs including flat-rate social security contributions (30%) and – in the case of Inclusion Promotion Plus – an additional surcharge component of 25%. Special payments, retroactive costs, and investments in real estate are not covered. Employers use the subsidies to secure jobs and enable long-term employment. The degree of disability, duration of employment, proof of AMS integration assistance, and the prospect of long-term integration are evaluated. Required for the application are the completed application form, the determination notice, the AMS decision, payroll statements, and proof of employment duration. Through its flexible, year-round funding option, this program makes a tangible contribution to genuine inclusion in the primary labor market in Vienna.
