Description

KMU.DIGITAL 4.0 & GREEN – Status and Potential Analyses (Tool GPA2) is aimed at small and medium-sized enterprises as well as start-ups with headquarters or business premises in Vienna. Within the framework of this grant funding, existing websites and webshops are individually evaluated using a standardized checklist. Additionally, targeted questions on ecological sustainability are integrated to identify potentials for resource savings and environmental relief. At the end of a half-day analysis, structured recommendations for action to increase efficiency in e-commerce, online marketing & social media with a sustainability focus are provided. This status and potential analysis creates a basis for decision-making regarding sustainable digitalization measures and promotes awareness of opportunities and risks in the green transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises.

The funding grants a subsidy of 80% of the incurred consulting costs, up to a maximum of €400 per tool and company. Applications can be submitted continuously from 21.05.2024 until the budget is exhausted. Eligible for funding are companies with a trade license, EU-SME status, and an important prerequisite: the selection of a certified consultant in the aws funding manager. The project duration is up to one month from the reservation confirmation. Eligible expenses include consulting costs exclusively for the status and potential analysis, but not travel expenses, per diems, or VAT (if entitled to input tax deduction). The combination of additional tools or strategic consulting services is possible but remains limited to a one-time use per tool and within the maximum subsidy amounts of KMU.DIGITAL 4.0 & GREEN.
