Description
The status and potential analysis tool PA1 “Business Models and Processes” within the framework of KMU.DIGITAL 4.0 offers small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Vienna a half-day inventory of digital trends, opportunities, and risks. In a compact workshop, certified consultants determine the current level of digitalization of business models and processes. The federal government grants a non-repayable subsidy of 80% of the consulting costs, but no more than €400 net per potential analysis conducted. Funding applications can be submitted continuously via the aws funding manager portal from May 21, 2024, until the budget is exhausted. The funding aims to identify the need for digital transformation and to strengthen companies in Vienna through structured recommendations for action.
In the workshop, SMEs work together with a CDC-certified Certified Digital Consultant or CDTE-certified Digital Transformation Expert to develop a systematic trend and potential analysis. Relevant developments are highlighted using trend maps, and a concrete implementation plan for next steps is created. Finally, participants receive a written report with prioritized recommendations for action as well as an initial roadmap for the digitalization of business processes. Only consulting costs are eligible for funding; expenses and costs incurred before the application are excluded. To apply, the consulting report, invoice, and proof of payment must be submitted. The measure strengthens the competitiveness of Viennese SMEs and supports fact-based planning of their digital further development.
