Description
The six-month Female Leadership Program is aimed at women and individuals perceived as female with a migration background aged 27 and above, who have already completed a university degree and have at least two years of professional experience. In four thematic modules – Network, Intersectionality, Success, and Allyship – key leadership skills are imparted. Group workshops on self- and team leadership as well as excursions to renowned companies and conferences provide practical impulses. The combination of upskilling in leadership methods, individual 1:1 mentoring by female executives, and diverse networking opportunities helps to dismantle intersectional barriers and strengthen participation in top leadership positions. Participants develop a personal development plan and benefit from regular salon discussions as well as thematic panels that promote exchange in a confidential setting.
Selection criteria focus on intersectional background, completed studies, professional experience, social engagement, and clear career goals. An application requires a brief introduction, a tabular CV, university diploma, and the nomination of three potential mentors including justification. Applications are currently not possible; the next deadline will be announced shortly. The program start is planned for May 2025. The goal is to empower ambitious women with a migration background and sustainably reduce the representation deficit in leadership positions. By promoting diversity and equal opportunities, an innovative and inclusive working environment in business and society is sought.
