Description
The program supports Viennese women and men in fundamental career changes as well as in re-entering the workforce after parental leave, offering a combination of individual counseling and financial support. Participants with their main residence in Vienna undergo a professional counseling process that begins before, during, or after parental leave and is tailored to personal goals and current life situations. Parallel to the counseling, there is the possibility to apply for a grant for training and further education. Applications can be submitted without time restrictions, allowing developments to be supported flexibly without fixed deadlines needing to be observed.
Funding is provided, among other things, for course fees, examination fees, and further training costs to facilitate access to new qualifications. In addition to participating in the counseling, the submission of an application for a qualification grant is required. Proof of registration and status as well as income verification must be submitted as documentation. The measure is aimed at all those who wish to actively shape their professional future and rely on tailored support. By combining personal coaching and financial relief, the program sustainably contributes to strengthening competencies and improving career prospects.
