Project Funding of the Bad Tölz Community Foundation

The project funding of the Bürgerstiftung Bad Tölz is aimed at non-profit organizations, associations, informal groups, or individuals who wish to implement local initiatives with a clear public benefit. In the funding areas of education and upbringing, art and culture, nature and monument protection, youth and elderly care, public health, as well as science and research, the foundation supports projects with grants in an unbureaucratic manner. Submissions of requests are possible at any time. A prerequisite for funding is a content-wise coherent project in accordance with the statutes, located in Bad Tölz or the surrounding area, as well as a meaningful project description including financial requirements. Selection is based on defined criteria: compliance with the statutes, local relevance, and social benefit for the people on site.

Standardized project applications in Word and PDF format are available for submission, which the foundation’s board, together with the advisory council, reviews promptly. As a public law foundation under civil law, the Bürgerstiftung Bad Tölz has been funding non-profit initiatives since 2006, initiating new cooperations and managing a support fund for children, youth, and families. Through this transparent and low-threshold funding approach, voluntary engagement and innovative ideas are sustainably strengthened. Interested project sponsors thus receive uncomplicated financial assistance to set sustainable impulses for Bad Tölz and actively shape community life in the region.
