Description

The German Children's Hospice FOUNDATION supports non-profit and public institutions nationwide with grants for projects in the field of children’s and youth hospice care. The focus is on securing and further developing outpatient as well as inpatient hospice services. Funding is provided not only for the offerings of the German Children’s Hospice Association e.V., but also for scientific studies, seminars, and educational programs of the German Children’s Hospice Academy. The financial resources come from foundation capital, additional endowments, estates, and donations to make a sustainable contribution to the well-being of affected children and their families.

Eligible for funding are tax-privileged corporations or public-law institutions that can present a project in the field of children’s and youth hospice care. The decision is based on the alignment with funding priorities as well as the quality and sustainability of the initiatives. Applications can be submitted at any time using the funding guidelines, application form, and proof of use. In this way, initiatives are given the opportunity to implement and further develop forward-looking concepts to support children and adolescents with life-shortening illnesses and their families.
