Description

The Tyrolean Digitalization Funding is open to all industries and targets companies based in Tyrol, offering grants for the planning, implementation, and qualification of digital projects across all stages of the value chain. Funding covers internal personnel costs, external consulting and programming services, as well as project-related software, hardware, and training measures. Micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises receive funding rates of up to 50% in the planning phase and between 10% and 20% in the implementation phase, while large companies are supported within the framework of major projects according to the De minimis regulation. The duration of funded projects is limited to 24 months, and applications can be submitted electronically until 31.12.2027.

The basis for funding is a comprehensive digitalization concept that transparently presents the current status of internal company processes and the targeted objectives. Applicant companies must belong to the commercial sector, hold a valid trade license, and must not be predominantly publicly owned or entitled to Tyrolean tourism funding. To apply, a fully completed funding application, operational key figures from recent years, a detailed project description with cost breakdown and quotations, the financial statements of the past two fiscal years, financing commitments from lending institutions, as well as all required official permits must be submitted. The Department of Economic Location, Digitalization, and Science of the State of Tyrol works closely with internal and external experts during the review process to sustainably strengthen local businesses in their digital transformation.
