About the funder

The Bürgerstiftung Haßloch is a legally recognized foundation under civil law, established on March 26, 2007, and registered in the foundation register of the state of Rhineland-Palatinate. It combines voluntary engagement by citizens with financial support through endowments, donations, and founder loans. The focus of its work includes the restoration and operation of the Alte Brauerei Löwer as a cultural center, the "Jedermann" department store as a second-hand exchange point in cooperation with the Child Protection Association, support for refugees through the Asylum Working Group, food rescue programs, senior citizen coffee meetings, the weekly foundation soup, as well as other social and cultural projects in the Haßloch area.

Mission & Vision

The Bürgerstiftung Haßloch sees itself as a platform for citizen participation.
