Mission & Vision
The DIETMAR FREIER FOUNDATION aims to enable students in the fields of Social Work and Social Pedagogy to pursue a focused and success-oriented course of study through targeted financial support. We believe that education and training are the foundation of quality social work, and we support outstanding achievements, internships, theses, and individual needs with commitment, recognition, and flexibility.
Target groups
Our funding programs are aimed at students of social work and social pedagogy who require support for their studies, internships at home and abroad, theses, or individual needs due to financial constraints. This also includes master's students who wish to be nominated for the Dietmar Freier Prize.
