Mission & Vision

"We want to help ensure that education does not fail due to economic circumstances, origin, or the current report card of a young person." The foundation promotes passion, commitment, and strength of character, and encourages young people to pursue a career as a bank clerk or a degree in Banking and Finance.

Target groups

The funding is aimed at pupils who wish to begin training at Hamburger Volksbank eG, Volksbank Raiffeisenbank eG (VReG), VR Bank zwischen den Meeren eG, or Raiffeisenbank Südstormarn Mölln eG; trainees within this cooperative environment; as well as students of the cooperative vocational academy for banking, the Academy of German Cooperatives (ADG), or comparable university degree programs. Special consideration is given to young people from disadvantaged families, crisis regions, developing countries, or those who have immigrated to Germany.
