Mission & Vision
"We promote the courage to start anew." The foundation aims to enable effective solutions for societal challenges such as climate protection, resource scarcity, and skilled labor shortages. It supports founders, scientists, and young professionals through targeted funding programs, advocates for sustainable investments, and fosters transatlantic exchange to unlock individual potential and improve living conditions in Germany and the USA.
Target groups
The funding activities are aimed at early-career researchers and interdisciplinary scholars, individuals interested in founding start-ups and start-ups from the scientific community, trainees and vocational school students in Germany as well as within the framework of trainee programs in the USA, schools and educational institutions with projects on personality development and digitalization, non-profit organizations and actors in transatlantic dialogue, as well as alumni and multipliers who act as ambassadors to disseminate knowledge. The foundation's programs cover both individuals and institutions seeking to contribute to cultural, scientific, and economic development.
