Mission & Vision
The goal of the State of Burgenland is to increase the professional and local mobility of its resident employees. The qualification promotion grant supports individual further education and retraining in order to secure skilled workers, strengthen the regional economy, and sustainably improve employment opportunities.
Target groups
Recipients of the qualification promotion grant are persons residing in Burgenland who wish to further qualify in their learned or practiced profession. This includes employees, civilian and military service members, persons on parental leave, as well as unemployed and job-seeking individuals. Eligible are courses at training institutes that contribute to the improvement of professional qualifications.
