About the funder

The Ministry of Economic Affairs, Transport, Agriculture and Viticulture of Rhineland-Palatinate is a supreme state authority of the state of Rhineland-Palatinate and is responsible for economic development, transport planning, as well as the promotion of agriculture and viticulture within the federal state. Its main tasks include the development and implementation of economic and innovation programs, the design and expansion of transport infrastructure and mobility services, the management of EU and state funding programs (e.g., Interreg projects), support for farmers and vintners in modernization and marketing, as well as cooperation with chambers, associations, and research institutions.

Mission & Vision

The Ministry is committed to the sustainable and forward-looking development of companies and regions in Rhineland-Palatinate. The focus is on balancing economic growth, social responsibility, and ecological sustainability.

Target groups

Funding is provided to companies of all sizes in Rhineland-Palatinate, start-ups and research institutions, as well as municipalities and associations in the transport sector. Furthermore, support is aimed at agricultural enterprises and vintners seeking to modernize their production, implement sustainable practices, or develop new sales markets. EU and Interreg programs are also available to cross-border initiatives and projects.
