Mission & Vision

We are a non-profit association based in Bonn, politically and ideologically neutral. We advocate for the social participation of immigrants and their descendants, thereby transforming the social climate towards a culture of welcome and recognition. Through educational measures, events, and projects, we qualify and thus promote the social, economic, and individual performance and participation capabilities of immigrants. As a professional and nationally networked service provider, we advise and support society and politics effectively, transparently, purposefully, and flexibly. In close cooperation with ministries, educational institutions, migrant associations, and universities, we design projects from planning through to sustainability.

Target groups

The Otto Benecke Foundation e.V. targets immigrants, their descendants, and refugees, as well as members of minorities and young people facing particular challenges. In addition, multipliers such as municipalities, welfare organizations, migrant organizations, and universities involved in the implementation of integration and educational projects are addressed.
