For over 125 years, the foundation has promoted and operated the training of young people in various educational and health professions. The foundation's governing bodies are the Board of Trustees and the Executive Board, chaired by Thomas Pitsch. The administrative director is Sven Harms. The institution combines school-based and extracurricular educational offerings and places great importance on Christian values as well as individual support.

Mission & Vision
"The human being at the center of learning" – the foundation of educational and pedagogical work is the Christian worldview and understanding of humanity, expressed through lived love and respect for each individual. A relationship based on trust, respect for diversity and individuality, as well as the promotion of self-determination and co-determination, shape school life. The goal is to inspire enthusiasm for learning, develop individual competencies, and empower young people to act responsibly in society and the environment.
Target groups
The offer is aimed at adolescents and young adults pursuing vocational training in the social and healthcare sectors. This includes students in technical schools, vocational schools, and vocational high schools with focuses on education, nursing, curative education, social pedagogy, and health, as well as students in dual study programs. Internships, further training, and cultural projects are also offered.
