Stiftung "Chancengleichheit für alle"
About the funder
The foundation "Equal Opportunities for All" was established in 2012 in Mölln by Dr. Reinhard Drehsen and six other citizens. Its goal is to provide educationally disadvantaged individuals with access to extracurricular learning and experiential spaces. To this end, the foundation connects volunteer sponsors and mentors who provide individual support to children and adolescents. Additionally, it funds projects in the fields of sports, crafts, arts, and music, as well as small-group tutoring. Examples of supported initiatives include the acquisition of foosball tables for the youth center "Takt-los," materials for school social work, instrumental lessons, and the "Swimming Summer" 2021. Through these activities, the foundation contributes to personality development and strengthens community spirit in the region.

Mission & Vision
We create educational opportunities for disadvantaged children and young people and promote cohesion within the community. Through individual sponsorships and project-based grants, we aim to facilitate the exchange of experiences and mutual learning. Our mission is to provide young people with a supportive learning environment where they can grow with joy and without pressure to perform.
Target groups
The programs are aimed at educationally disadvantaged children and adolescents in Mölln and the surrounding area who require support with school tasks and personal development. At the same time, the foundation seeks committed adults – "sponsors" and "mentors" – who can share their knowledge and serve as reliable contacts for the young people.
