Mission & Vision
The foundation has developed the mission statement to promote a trusting collaboration internally and to communicate its self-understanding externally. Its vision is to provide young people with equitable educational opportunities. The mission is to empower motivated youth through individual support, community activities, and the establishment of one-on-one relationships, enabling them to successfully transition into vocational training or employment. In doing so, the foundation works reliably with volunteer mentors and local partners, placing great value on commitment, respect, and appreciation.
Target groups
The funding programs are aimed at motivated students from the 8th grade until they begin vocational training, as well as young adults up to approximately 22 years old. The "Ich will" program supports academically and personally motivated youth, "Hand in Hand" accompanies young immigrants in their integration process, and "WortStark" specifically promotes language skills. Volunteer mentors from the region provide individual guidance to participants over several years.
