Description
The state of Tyrol supports the energy-efficient renovation of residential houses, apartments, and dormitories in the federal state of Tyrol with an annuity subsidy. Owners or tenants with a year-round primary residence in the respective property benefit from a partial repayment of the loan costs for eligible modernization measures. The aim of the subsidy is to increase energy efficiency and sustainably improve living comfort. Applicants can apply for funding up to 18 months after completion of the work, with the disbursement occurring from the start of loan repayment and only being released after submission of the final accounting.
A prerequisite for funding is the implementation of at least one measure according to the Residential Building Renovation Guideline as well as compliance with defined quality and efficiency standards, for example regarding building services, U-values, and emission limits. Eligible expenses include, among others, technical systems, solar energy utilization, thermal insulation measures, soundproofing, moisture protection, equipment additions, as well as living space expansions or floor plan adjustments. For the application, the form A5 – Residential Building Renovation, the Declaration of Commitment (F10), a Creditworthiness Confirmation (F11), as well as acceptance certificates, invoices, payment receipts, and the final accounting (F28b) must be submitted. The deadline for submitting the funding application is 18 months after completion of the project or invoicing.
