Basic muTiger Training (muTiger Foundation)

The muTiger Foundation offers the Basic muTiger Training, a four-hour in-person seminar open nationwide to all interested parties. The goal is to teach the fundamentals of civil courage to young people from the age of 15 as well as to adults and seniors—regardless of physical conditions or prior knowledge. In small groups, trained instructors teach techniques for self-assertion, an effective danger radar, and strategies to avoid contact with perpetrators. Additionally, the correct placement of an emergency call based on the five W-questions and the relevant legal framework are emphasized. This compact program strengthens a sense of responsibility and action competence in critical situations and promotes confident behavior in everyday life.

Registration is possible at any time via the muTiger website and requires only a minimum age of 15 years. The program is aimed at private individuals, companies, associations, and public institutions that wish to support their employees or members in the fields of education, social affairs, and engagement for social cohesion/democracy. The continuously available training offers the opportunity to conduct the course directly on-site at schools, organizations, or community centers. As an additional support measure, it fosters a civil-courageous coexistence and makes a sustainable contribution to violence prevention.
