The aim of the funding is to improve agricultural incomes as well as living, working, and production conditions, reduce production costs, increase product quality, and maintain hygiene, animal welfare, and environmental standards.

Description
This funding measure specifically supports investments in agricultural enterprises in Tyrol and creates incentives for the expansion and modernization of farm buildings, alpine huts, beekeeping facilities, greenhouses, as well as infrastructure projects such as the construction and renewal of weather and warning stations or the expansion of rural road networks. With a generous funding rate of 40%, acquisitions of machinery, technical equipment, and IT software for farm management are supported, as well as the establishment of commercial fruit orchards and digital solutions for direct marketing. The goal is to increase agricultural incomes, reduce costs, improve product quality, and simultaneously comply with strict hygiene, animal welfare, and environmental standards. Online applications are possible until 31.12.2027.
This funding is of particular interest to operators and managers of small and medium-sized enterprises based in Tyrol, who have at least 2 ha of agricultural land (exceptions apply for horticulture, fruit growing, and beekeeping) and can demonstrate agricultural qualifications. Applications must include, among other things, a legally valid building permit with plans, a sound profitability calculation, a financing concept, and all necessary legal documents. Project evaluation is based on economic viability and financial feasibility, fulfillment of qualification requirements, and compliance with environmental and animal protection standards. Through the combination of financial support and rigorous assessment, the program contributes to strengthening rural development and promotes sustainable, future-proof farm structures in Tyrol.
