Description
A low-threshold advisory and support service assists young people with disabilities in accordance with the Vienna Equal Opportunities Act, aged 14 to 45, in career reorientation and sustainable integration into the primary labor market. In Vienna, participants with a valid or up to twelve months expired FSW permit for day structure, vocational qualification, labor integration, or assisted living are individually supported: from assessment and matchmaking to tailored qualification measures and professional placement in jobs or apprenticeships. Companies additionally receive targeted information and practical business consulting to establish inclusive workplaces and facilitate smooth entry into inclusive employment relationships.
Non-profit organizations as well as companies are entitled to 100% subsidy funding, covering all expenses for advisory and support services, placement services, training costs, and personnel costs of integration specialist services. Funding applications can be submitted at any time to the Fonds Soziales Wien – without a deadline and with continuous review. Required documents include the application form, general and specific funding guidelines for vocational qualification and labor integration. The program offers established as well as new providers diverse opportunities to dismantle barriers, strengthen participation, and sustainably improve the skilled labor situation through inclusive personnel development.
