The BEST Masterclass is a nationwide funding program offered by DSI Deutschlandstiftung Integration gGmbH, specifically targeting young people with migration backgrounds or from families with limited formal education. Through digital role model talks streamed live on YouTube, inspiring personalities are presented who, based on their own experiences, demonstrate how obstacles in training, studies, or professional everyday life can be successfully overcome. The format is complemented by high-quality online training content from LinkedIn, providing insights into applications, networking, and effective use of digital tools. The goal is to identify individual strengths and empower participants to confidently plan their next step in training, studies, or career. The long-term support is provided individually and ideologically in the form of counseling, thus supporting personal development as well as access to relevant networks.
Interested parties are young adults after completing school or university who are seeking orientation for entry into training, studies, or the workforce. By combining live talks with practical expert inputs, a diverse learning environment is created where personal success stories inspire motivation and provide concrete tips. Participants also benefit from one-year access to LinkedIn Premium to expand their professional network and utilize practice-relevant learning content. The standardized application process with fixed deadlines ensures transparency, while the low-threshold online registration enables uncomplicated participation.
