ChancenPlus – Firecracker – The Children's Foundation

ChancenPlus is aimed at children and adolescents from families residing in East Württemberg whose own resources and public benefits are insufficient to participate in school and extracurricular activities. The subordinated funding is granted by the Kinderstiftung Knalltüte in the form of a subsidy and enables participation in class trips, the purchase of school supplies, and musical instruments. Prerequisites include proof of financial need as well as the fulfillment of subordination to public benefits. An informal application can be submitted at any time; the required application form is available for download. Evaluation is based on the urgency of the need and the completeness of the submitted documents.

With ChancenPlus, the Kinderstiftung Knalltüte contributes to strengthening equal opportunities and social participation in rural areas. The program complements existing public benefits by removing financial barriers and opening up new perspectives for young people. Schools, youth groups, and local initiatives benefit just as much as families in challenging life situations, as individual support is delivered concretely. The foundation thus pursues the goal of making social participation a matter of course and sustainably supporting children and adolescents in their personal and professional development.
