Funding objective
The range of services includes business consultations on the topic of "(continuing) education and professional development of women with low formal qualifications." The goal is to sustainably improve the employment and income situation of women and individuals who identify as female. Within the framework of an Austria-wide project, company management, HR managers, and female employees jointly develop gender equality and further training strategies.

Description
The ESF+ project FairPlusService offers free business and employee consulting from November 14, 2023, to November 13, 2028, for formally low-qualified women and individuals who identify as female. In six federal states (Carinthia, Lower Austria, Upper Austria, Salzburg, Styria, Tyrol, Vorarlberg, and Vienna), small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are supported in developing gender equality and further training strategies together with management and HR representatives. The goal is to sustainably improve the employment and income situation and to open up opportunities for career advancement and qualification. The program particularly promotes the areas of (continuing) education, consulting, coaching, and compact training to address the individual potentials of employees.
Eligible for funding are companies of any legal form engaged in economic activity that demonstrate a need for action or interest in gender equality. The offer is primarily aimed at female-dominated sectors such as trade, tourism, health & social services, cleaning, as well as education and teaching. Eligible expenses include consulting services, employee coaching, and compact training. Applications can be submitted until November 13, 2028.
