FeierWerk – Sustainable Celebrations for Non-Profit Organizations

The FeierWerk funding program of the Climate Foundation of Kreissparkasse Heilbronn supports non-profit organizations within the Kreissparkasse Heilbronn business area in organizing events in a climate-friendly and resource-conserving manner. Participants receive reusable multi-use tableware free of charge – from cups and bowls to cutlery – to avoid single-use plastic and measurably reduce CO₂ emissions. Acquisition and rental fees are covered 100%, while logistics partners handle the collection, return transport, and cleaning of the tableware. By providing this sustainable alternative, a visible commitment to environmental responsibility is demonstrated, while simultaneously enhancing the positive public image of non-profit associations.

Only associations with non-profit status and located within the Kreissparkasse Heilbronn business area that organize an event and wish to reduce single-use plastic are eligible for funding. The application form must specify the event date and the required amount of tableware. Additionally, a convincing sustainability concept for the planned celebration increases the chances of approval. The completed form serves as sufficient proof; no further documents are required. The application deadline is March 30, 2026. The Climate Foundation fully covers the rental fees for reusable tableware, thereby making a tangible contribution to climate protection and waste reduction in the region.
