Description
The Ferdinand Friedensburg Foundation e. V. annually honors outstanding scientific achievements in the fields of political and state sciences, contemporary history, European cooperation and international understanding, political education, as well as technical-scientific and economic developments with societal relevance. The prize, endowed with €1,000, recognizes master's theses, dissertations, habilitations, or publications that impress through excellent research and a significant contribution to social cohesion. Eligible to apply are German-speaking Europeans who submit their scientific work electronically, together with a one-page summary of the content and societal impact, by June 30. Selection is based on the quality of the research and thematic alignment with the foundation’s guidelines.
