Description
The FIT seminars of the Oase Foundation are aimed nationwide at training companies to specifically complement in-company training offerings. Multi-day modules focus on promoting social and personal skills. Participants experience practice-oriented exercises and collegial exchange to deepen abilities in teamwork, communication, and conflict resolution. The seminar schedule can be flexibly adapted to the needs of the training companies; registrations are accepted continuously. In this way, the program contributes to sustainably strengthening the social intelligence of trainees and fostering their identification with the training company.
The seminar content includes, among other things, cooperative working methods, respectful interaction, as well as strategies for conflict resolution and critical feedback. Through moderated group work and reflective phases, a space is created in which trainees take on responsibility, expand their independence, and experience mutual support. As a grant-funded program, the offer is open to all companies and public institutions that operate training companies with apprentices. The Oase Foundation covers part of the seminar costs and supports the implementation on site. With the goal of preparing young people not only professionally but holistically for their future careers, the program offers a valuable investment in high-performing, socially competent junior staff.
