Support for the Sauerlach Community Foundation

The Bürgerstiftung Sauerlach continuously supports initiatives in the municipality of Sauerlach that promote ecological, economic, and social sustainability. Non-profit organizations, companies, foundations, start-ups, interest groups, associations, public institutions, as well as private individuals can apply for grants to implement their projects. The focus areas include environmental and nature conservation, climate protection, energy efficiency, consulting and business financing, cultural and media promotion, monument preservation, as well as social engagement for children, youth, and the elderly. The foundation not only provides financial resources but also supports project sponsors with expert advice and a network of potential partners. Project applications are accepted on an ongoing basis and evaluated based on ecological viability, economic sustainability, and the strengthening of social cohesion.

Submissions are possible at any time, provided the project is implemented within the municipality of Sauerlach and a project description is available. This written concept can be submitted by email to ensure a prompt review by the working group and the foundation board. The goal is to network and support local initiatives – from nature conservation measures to strengthening regional crafts and retail, as well as cultural, youth, and social projects that promote community togetherness. The Bürgerstiftung Sauerlach actively assists project sponsors in turning creative ideas into reality, thereby sustainably improving the quality of life locally.
