Funding of the Dreißig Foundation

The Dreißig Foundation offers ongoing financial support in the form of grants for projects in the field of child and youth work as well as for cultural and social initiatives in Brandenburg and Saxony. The funding program is aimed at non-profit organizations, associations, and individuals committed to the sustainable promotion of children, youth, and families. In particular, projects that involve cultural offerings, leisure activities, or specialized therapeutic facilities and would not be feasible without external support are supported. The initiative is based on the principle that every funding application is reviewed with consideration of regional ties and a clearly defined project objective to ensure targeted and needs-based support.

The Foundation’s funding extends across diverse areas of application, with special emphasis placed on social cohesion and cultural development in the eligible regions. Funding applications may be submitted informally but must include a comprehensive project outline, concrete goals, the project duration, as well as information about the responsible persons and involved experts. Additionally, proof of already secured funding and a binding documentation of fund usage are required.
