Description

The Pneuhage Foundation is committed nationwide to the professional future of disadvantaged youth by specifically supporting non-profit organizations, public institutions, educational establishments, and interest groups. Financial grants enable tailored social skills and application training, conducted in close coordination with schools or training providers. Additionally, individual coaching under the expert guidance of social pedagogical professionals offers intensive support during the application phase. This combination of group and individual measures aims to increase equal opportunities in the transition to vocational training and employment—regardless of the young people's social or family background or migration status.

Eligible for funding are youth welfare organizations as well as institutions for the education and training of young people; applications can be submitted at any time. Projects targeting graduating classes, vocational preparation schools, or comparable programs that demonstrably contribute to developing professional perspectives may apply for grants. The use of funds is transparently documented, and all administrative efforts are carried out on a voluntary basis. This ensures that the foundation’s funding fully benefits the youth. Through the continuous expansion of existing offerings and the development of new measures, sustainable support for young people is further enhanced, contributing to the long-term securing of skilled labor in Germany.
