Support for the Sister Ina Foundation (Assistance for St. Annenhof Children's Home and Needy Children/Families)

Since 2003, the Schwester-Ina Foundation has been committed to children and adolescents at the St. Annenhof children’s home as well as to needy families in North Rhine-Westphalia. The foundation’s goal is to provide young people in social or financial distress with special educational, therapeutic, and recreational opportunities, thereby promoting their development in a holistic manner. Priority is given to measures that go beyond regular care and have sustainable effects. The foundation operates as a non-profit organization, fully supports individuals as well as non-profit institutions, and thus enables comprehensive provision and support for the target group.

Examples of funded projects include educational programs, psychotherapeutic measures, recreational activities such as trips or creative workshops, as well as the equipment and furnishing of therapeutic and educational offerings. A prerequisite for approval is proof of social or financial need as well as a direct connection to the funding purpose at St. Annenhof or in favor of disadvantaged families. Applications can be submitted throughout the year, allowing for flexible project planning. An independent selection is made based on the criteria of funding purpose, need, and sustainable benefit for children and families. The continuous support from the Schwester-Ina Foundation helps ensure that young people not only experience protection and security but are also strengthened in their skills and resources in the long term.
