Funding of the Foundation of the Protestant Church Congregation Bad Soden

Since 2006, the Foundation of the Protestant Parish of Bad Soden has been sustainably supporting community life in Hesse. As an open sponsorship initiative, at least €10,000 is made available annually to non-profit organizations and public institutions. Eligible projects come from the fields of children and youth, education, culture and music, commitment to social cohesion and democracy, regional development, work & social affairs, vocational training & further education, as well as agriculture & rural development. Applications can be submitted at any time without fixed deadlines, allowing for flexible planning. Public institutions or associations thus have the opportunity to establish value-oriented offerings and intergenerational initiatives on a permanent basis.

The foundation’s goal is to anchor value-based work with children and youth, promote musical impulses in worship services and cultural events, and maintain the community center as a central meeting place. In particular, children, youth, families, and seniors benefit from sustainable educational and recreational offerings that strengthen togetherness and make Christian values tangible. Through long-term commitment, not only is the diversity of church projects secured, but social cohesion in Bad Soden is also promoted.
