Funding of the Foundation "We in Olsberg" (Project funding by grant application)

The “Wir in Olsberg” Foundation continuously supports initiated projects that align with the goals of social cohesion, democratic participation, and local social engagement. Eligible for funding are non-profit associations or organizations, interest groups, as well as private individuals, provided the project is implemented in Olsberg and fits within the statutes of the community foundation. The foundation’s work aims to strengthen civic engagement and promote initiatives oriented towards the common good. Applicants may submit an application at any time and benefit from a straightforward process: the forms for the cover sheet and detailed funding application are available as PDFs for download and can be sent by email or post. A preliminary telephone consultation also offers the opportunity to clarify open questions and assess the suitability of project ideas.

For a complete application submission, applicants should include, in addition to the completed cover sheet and funding application with statutes, a precise project description, a realistic timeline, a detailed cost and financing plan, as well as one or more reference letters. Applications may be submitted at any time without a fixed deadline and are awarded in the form of a grant. With this funding, the “Wir in Olsberg” Foundation offers local actors the opportunity to realize ideas in the areas of social affairs, work & community, thereby contributing to the long-term improvement of quality of life in North Rhine-Westphalia.
