The "Promotion of Hunting in Carinthia" specifically supports hunting traditions in their diverse facets. Funding is provided, among others, to hunting horn groups, hunting culture associations, as well as the acquisition of traditional hunting attire. Falconry clubs and training as well as awareness campaigns can also receive subsidies. Furthermore, helicopter feeding operations in times of emergency, consulting costs including non-official expert fees, as well as hunting projects of all kinds are among the eligible measures. Applications can be submitted year-round, provided that the seat or activity is proven to be in Carinthia. A written project application and approval by the responsible processing authority are required as conditions for funding. There is no time limitation, allowing interested parties to plan flexibly.
