Description
In the federal state of Salzburg, agricultural and alpine farming enterprises as well as associations continuously have access to financial support within the framework of the national de minimis aid. Based on Regulation (EU) No. 1408/2013 of the European Commission, additional funding and support are provided to strengthen sustainable management practices and resilient economic structures in agriculture and alpine farming. The funding is granted as a one-time subsidy, and applications can be submitted at any time. The goal is to secure the economic stability of regional cultivation and alpine enterprises and to contribute in the long term to the development of a vibrant rural area.
Eligible for funding are all companies, interest groups, or associations active in the agricultural and alpine farming sector of the federal state of Salzburg. A prerequisite for approval is the submission of a meaningful project description as well as appropriate proof of use. Since there is no deadline, projects can be implemented flexibly and without time restrictions. Applications are submitted informally with the required documents – these include detailed information about the planned project and the subsequent documentation of the use of funds. Through this support, agricultural and alpine farming stakeholders can implement their measures in a targeted manner and thereby make a sustainable contribution to regional value creation and environmental preservation.
