Description

The Federal Ministry of the Interior supports authors, editors, and scientific institutions in the publication of specialized works in the field of internal security and violence prevention. Funding is provided for printed materials such as books, brochures, and journals that address social cohesion, criminal law, criminology, or the prevention of violence, crime, and extremism. Eligible applicants include private individuals, educational institutions, and non-profit organizations based in Vienna. A written submission in accordance with the BMI standard form and the conclusion of a funding agreement based on the ARR 2014 are prerequisites. Eligible expenses include production, printing, editing, translation, as well as layout and scientific research costs; retroactive costs and real estate investments are considered ineligible.
